Sharon B. Kyle

Attorney & Firm Director

Sharon’s principal areas of practice include construction litigation, business dispute/contract litigation, debt collection and administrative licensing matters. Sharon has litigated construction and debt collection matters in both state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. Sharon has dedicated her practice to Louisiana’s construction industry. Sharon is a licensed contractor and a property developer as well as a lawyer and remains actively involved in the construction business she co-founded with her husband and their real estate development projects.


Sharon’s ongoing, active involvement in the construction industry gives her a unique perspective and understanding of the issues facing her clients in litigation and daily business operations. Sharon’s litigation experience involves every aspect of the construction process, from drafting initial contracts to litigation through the trial and appellate process including the Louisiana Supreme Court. Sharon utilizes her experience as a licensed contractor and attorney to advise her clients and support their operations from the ground up. 

Sebastian Caballero Ashton

Attorney

Sebastian joined the firm in 2023. Her principal areas of practice for approximately 15 years include construction litigation, liability defense of contractors, architects, and engineers, contract disputes, business transactions, and personal injury litigation.  Sebastian guides clients through litigation management and resolution strategy primarily in Louisiana state courts.  Sebastian counsels clients on drafting, negotiating, and analyzing contracts.  She advises clients on protecting themselves through their contract terms and construction practices.  She has resolved many multi-party disputes for her clients. Sebastian believes in a practical approach to conflict resolution and devotes her efforts to resolving issues for her clients in a cost effective and efficient manner.  She also has experience in appellate practice, including the Louisiana Supreme Court.  

 

Sebastian is a member of the Baton Rouge and Louisiana State Bar Associations and the Construction Law Section of the Baton Rouge Bar.

 

Sebastian is married and has three sons.   She is a volunteer at their church and her sons’ schools.
